PUBLIC TRUSTEE ACT 1995 - SECT 13
13—Administration of trust estate
(1) The Court may, on
the application of a person holding property in trust for any person or
purpose, make an order authorising the Public Trustee to receive and
administer the property.
(2) The order may be
made whenever or however the trust may have been created or arisen.
(3) The Court may
order that the costs and expenses of and incidental to the application be paid
from the trust property, or by the person making the application, and, if the
property is held in trust for public or charitable purposes, may, if it thinks
fit, direct that no Court fees are payable.
