South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts6ZC—Duty of persons performing contract work to act honestly
(1) A person
performing contract work for a public sector agency or the Crown must at all
times act honestly in the performance of that work, whether within or outside
the State.
Penalty: Division 4 fine or division 4 imprisonment, or both.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to conduct that is merely of a trivial
character and does not result in significant detriment to the public interest.
