South Australian Consolidated ActsPublic sector employees are expected to—
(a)
treat the public and other employees with respect and courtesy; and
(b)
utilise resources at their disposal in an efficient, responsible and
accountable manner; and
(c) deal
with information of which they have knowledge as a result of their work only
in accordance with the requirements of their agencies; and
(d)
endeavour to give their best to meet performance standards and other
organisational requirements; and
(e)
conduct themselves in public in a manner that will not reflect adversely on
the public sector, their agencies and other employees; and
(ea)
observe the requirements of any code of conduct for employees issued from time
to time by the Commissioner and published in the Gazette; and
(f)
observe all relevant legislative requirements.
