South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts48—Variation or revocation of conditions imposed by Board
(1) The Board may, at
any time, on application by a registered person, vary or revoke a condition
imposed by the Board in relation to the person's registration under this Act.
(2) The Registrar, the
Minister and representative bodies are entitled to appear and be heard on an
application under this section.
