South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts6—Exemption from application of the whole or part of Act
(1) The Governor may
by proclamation declare any person or any person of a class to be exempt from
the provisions of this Act specified in the proclamation on that person or
person of a class complying with such conditions, if any, as may be specified
in the proclamation and that proclamation shall apply and have effect
accordingly.
(2) The Governor may
by proclamation revoke or vary any declaration or condition referred to in
subsection (1) of this section.
