South Australian Consolidated ActsThe Governor may make such regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, as may
be necessary or convenient for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to
this Act or the objects thereof, including (but without limiting the
generality of the foregoing) regulations for—
(a) the
keeping of the register and the payment of fees in connection with
registration and removal of registration; and
(b) the
cancellation and suspension of registration and matters incidental thereto;
and
(c) the
practice of psychology and the conduct of such practice; and
(d) the
employment by registered psychologists, in the practice of psychology, of
persons other than registered psychologists; and
(e)
penalties, not exceeding two hundred dollars in each case, for offences under
the regulations.
