Upon the cancellation or suspension of a registration pursuant to
section 26(2) of this Act any person, having in his possession, custody
or control a certificate issued pursuant to section 21 of this Act to the
effect that the cancelled registration or suspension is current or to whom
such a certificate has been issued shall within seven days of being informed
of the cancellation or suspension—
(a) post
or deliver that certificate to the Board; or
(b)
satisfy the Board that the certificate has been lost or destroyed.
Penalty: Fifty dollars.
