South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Registrar
shall remove from the register the name of any registered psychologist who has
died or become of unsound mind or whose registration has expired or has been
cancelled or suspended by the Board under section 26 of this Act.
(2) Any entry in the
register which appears to the Board to have been irregularly or fraudulently
procured may with the consent of the Minister he removed by the registrar from
the register.
