In all courts and before all persons acting judicially—
(a) a
certificate purporting to be signed by the registrar stating that any person
is or was on any particular day or throughout any particular period duly
registered as a psychologist under this Act shall be prima facie evidence of
the fact so stated in that certificate; and
(b) the
production of the register or an extract from the register certified as such
by the registrar shall be prima facie evidence of the matter set out in that
register or extract, as the case may be.
