(1) The Board shall
appoint a registrar and may employ such other officers and servants as it
considers necessary for the administration of this Act.
(2) The Board may with
the approval of the Minister and the consent of the Minister controlling any
Department as defined in the Public Service Act 1967 and on such terms as
may be mutually arranged, make use of the services of any of the officers or
employees of that Department.
