South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The common seal of
the Board shall be kept in the custody of such member or officer of the Board
as the Board determines and shall not be affixed to any instrument except in
pursuance of a resolution of the Board.
(2) The affixing of
the common seal to any instrument executed by the Board shall be attested by
the signatures of any two members.
