resumption of pastoral land; or
(b)
expiry of a lease pursuant to a refusal to extend its term under
section 25 or 26.
(2) The amount of the
compensation—
(a) will
be determined by agreement between the Minister and the lessee or, in default
of agreement, by the Land and Valuation Court; and
(b) must
be based on the market value of the pastoral lease as if the lease were not
being resumed or were not expiring but had been duly extended in accordance
with this Act.
