PASTORAL LAND MANAGEMENT AND CONSERVATION ACT 1989 - SECT 36
The Board may, if it thinks special reason exists for doing so, waive a breach
of, or non-compliance with, a condition of a pastoral lease unconditionally or
subject to conditions.
