South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the Board is
satisfied that the boundary of land subject to a pastoral lease does not
reflect the land actually occupied by the lessee, the Minister may, by notice
in writing to the lessee, alter the boundary accordingly.
(2) The Minister may,
in the same notice, vary the rent payable under the lease to take into account
the increase or reduction in value of the lease that results from the
alteration of the boundary.
(3) On registration by
the Registrar-General of a boundary alteration pursuant to this section—
(a) the
alteration takes effect; and
(b) all
registered interests or caveats to which the pastoral lease is subject extend
over the lease as so altered.
