Where an agreement is entered into under which the parties agree to transfer,
assign, mortgage, sublet or otherwise deal with a pastoral lease, the
agreement will expire 12 months after its execution unless the consent of the
Minister to the transfer, assignment, mortgage, subletting or other dealing
has been obtained.
