PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 90
(1) The Minister may
determine the amount of the fee payable under section 91 in respect of
any memorandum.
(2) A person
dissatisfied with a determination of the Minister under subsection (1)
may appeal to the Supreme Court against the determination.
(3) Upon the hearing
of the appeal, the Supreme Court may affirm, reverse or modify the
determination of the Minister.
