PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 150R
150R—Liability for acts and omissions
(1) This section
applies to the following persons:
(a) the
Safety Authority;
(b) the
CEO;
(c) an
OHS inspector;
(d) a
person acting under the direction or authority of the Safety Authority or the
CEO.
(2) A person to whom
this section applies is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to
be done in good faith—
(a) in
the performance of a function under a listed OHS law; or
(b) in
the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the performance of a
function under a listed OHS law.
