PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 - SECT 131

131—Persons concerned in commission of offences

A person who by act or omission is in any way directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in, or party to, the commission of any offence against this Act shall be deemed to have committed that offence and shall be punishable accordingly.
