PUBLIC INTOXICATION ACT 1984 - SECT 13

13—Immunity from liability

        (1)         No civil liability shall attach to any person for any act or omission on his part in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of his powers, or the discharge or purported discharge of his duties, under this Act.

        (2)         A liability that would, but for subsection (1), lie against a person shall lie against the Crown.
