(a)
shall, on a monthly basis, provide each local council with a report on the
occurrence of notifiable diseases in its area and any problems caused by such
diseases that may exist in the area; and
(b)
shall inform a local council of the occurrence of any notifiable disease in
its area that constitutes, or may constitute, a threat to public health.
