South Australian Consolidated Acts26—Constitution of special committee
(1) An appeal will be
heard and determined by a review committee, constituted by the Council,
consisting of—
(a) the
member of the staff of the Department appointed to the Council (who will
preside); and
(b) one
of the members of the Council who were appointed on the nomination of the
Local Government Association of South Australia; and
(c)
either one of the members of the Council who were appointed on the nomination
of the Minister on account of their qualifications and experience in public
and environmental health or the member of the Council appointed on the
nomination of the Australian Institute of Health Surveyors (South Australian
Division).
(2) A decision in
which two members of a review committee concur is a decision of the Council
and takes effect without further action by the Council.
