POLICE (COMPLAINTS AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS) ACT 1985 - SECT 7

7—Term of office

        (1)         The Authority will be appointed for a term of office of 7 years.

        (2)         Subject to this Act, a person appointed to be the Authority is, on the expiration of his or her term of office, eligible for reappointment for a term of not less than 3 years and not more than 7 years.
