South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts42—Protection of Tribunal, counsel and witnesses
(1) The person
constituting the Tribunal has in that capacity the same protection and
immunity as a judge of the Supreme Court.
(2) Counsel or any
other person appearing for a party in proceedings before the Tribunal has the
same protection and immunity as counsel appearing for a party in proceedings
in the Supreme Court.
(3) A person appearing
before the Tribunal as a witness has the same protection and immunity as a
witness in proceedings in the Supreme Court.
