South Australian Consolidated Acts19—Action on complaint being made to Authority
(1) Where a complaint
to which this Act applies is made to the Authority, the Authority must—
(a)
notify the Commissioner, by writing, of the complaint and furnish him or her
with particulars of the complaint; and
(b)
subject to any determination under section 21, 21A, 22 or 23, refer the
complaint to the Commissioner.
(2) Where a complaint
is referred to the Commissioner under subsection (1)(b), the Commissioner
must refer the complaint to the internal investigation branch for
investigation.
