South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts11A—Delegation by Authority
(1) The Authority may,
by instrument in writing, delegate to a member of the staff of the Authority,
any of his or her powers or functions under this Act or any other Act, other
than this power of delegation.
(2) A
delegation—
(a) may
be absolute or conditional; and
(b) does
not derogate from the power of the Authority to act personally in a matter;
and
(c) is
revocable at will.
