(1) The Governor may
appoint a suitable person to act in the office of the Authority during any
period for which the office is vacant or the Authority is absent for any
reason.
(2) A person will be
appointed under subsection (1) on such terms and conditions and will be
entitled to receive such salary and allowances as may be from time to time
determined by the Governor.
(3) The salary and
allowances payable to a person appointed under subsection (1) are to be
paid out of the Consolidated Account of the State which is appropriated by
this section to the necessary extent.
