POLICE (COMPLAINTS AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS) ACT 1985 - LONG TITLE
An Act to provide for the investigation of complaints made in respect of
police officers, protective security officers and certain other persons; to
provide for the appointment of a Police Complaints Authority and to prescribe
his or her duties and functions; to make provision in relation to disciplinary
proceedings; and for other purposes.
