(1) The Commissioner
must, on or before 30 September in each year, deliver to the Minister a report
on S.A. Police and its operations during the period of 12 months that ended on
the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Commissioner
must include in the report any information required under the regulations or
by the Minister.
(3) The Minister must
cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within
12 sitting days after his or her receipt of the report.
