(1) If a person's
appointment is terminated or suspended under this Act, the person must
immediately deliver up to the Commissioner, or to a person appointed by the
Commissioner to receive property under this section, all property that belongs
to the Crown and was supplied to the person for official purposes.
Maximum penalty: $2 500 or six months imprisonment.
(2) A justice may
issue a warrant authorising the persons named or indicated in the warrant to
search any place and seize any property which has not been delivered up as
required by this section.
