South Australian Consolidated Acts51—Appeal from decision of Tribunal
(1) Following a
decision by the Tribunal under this Division, the applicant before the
Tribunal or the Commissioner may appeal to the Court against the decision.
(2) An appeal under
this section must be instituted within one month of the making of the
Tribunal's decision.
(4) No further appeal
lies against a decision of the Court made on an appeal under this section.
(5) In this
section—
"Court" means the Administrative and Disciplinary Division of the District
Court.
