OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT 2005 - LONG TITLE
An Act to protect the health and safety of the public by providing for the
registration of occupational therapists and occupational therapy students; to
regulate the provision of occupational therapy for the purpose of maintaining
high standards of competence and conduct by the persons who provide it; and
for other purposes.
