(a) a
self-employed contractor unless the work performed by the contractor is of a
class prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph; or
(b) a
person employed in a managerial capacity unless a majority of employees at the
particular workplace have resolved that it is reasonable to treat the person
as an employee for the purposes of this Part; or
(c)
where the employer is a body corporate, an officer of the body corporate.
