South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The
Advisory Committee must, on or before 30 September in each year, provide to
the Minister a report on the work of the Advisory Committee, and on other
matters relevant to the operation and administration of this Act, for the
financial year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2) A report under
this section may be incorporated into the annual report of the Department.
(3) The Minister must
cause a copy of a report prepared under subsection (1) to be laid before
both Houses of Parliament within 12 sitting days after the report is
received by the Minister.
