South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
from time to time appoint one of the members of the Trust to be the Chairman
of the Trust.
(2) The Chairman
shall, subject to this Act, hold office as such for a term not exceeding three
years, specified in the instrument of his appointment, and shall, at the
expiration of that term, be eligible for re-appointment.
(3) If at any time the
Chairman ceases to be a member of the Trust he shall cease to be Chairman of
the Trust.
