South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Trust shall,
as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, submit to the
Minister a report upon the conduct of the affairs of the Trust during that
financial year, together with the audited statement of accounts of the Trust
for that financial year.
(2) The Minister shall
cause the report and audited statement of accounts of the Trust to be laid
before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after his receipt
thereof.
