South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts31—Conferral of certain functions on Statutory Officers Committee
(1) The
Statutory Officers Committee has, in addition to its other functions, the
following functions:
(a) to
consider matters relating to the general operation of this Act;
(b) to
provide, on or before 31 December in each year, an annual report to Parliament
on the work of the Committee relating to this Act during the preceding
financial year.
(2) In considering
matters relating to the general operation of this Act, the Committee must not
engage in a review of any particular decision of the Ombudsman.
