South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Ombudsman must
in each year prepare a report on the work of the Ombudsman's office during the
preceding year and send copies of the report to the President of the
Legislative Council and the Speaker of the House of Assembly to be laid before
their respective Houses at the earliest opportunity.
(2) The Ombudsman must
send a copy of each annual report to the Minister.
