(a)
without lawful excuse obstruct, hinder or resist the Ombudsman or other person
in the exercise or performance of powers or functions conferred by or under
this Act; or
(b)
without lawful excuse fail or refuse to comply with any lawful requirement of
the Ombudsman or any other person under this Act; or
(c)
wilfully make any statement that is false or untrue in a material particular
to the Ombudsman or any other person acting in the exercise of powers under
this Act.
Penalty: $2 000.
