South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Information
obtained by or on behalf of the Ombudsman in the course of or for the purpose
of an investigation under this Act must not be disclosed except—
(a) for
the purposes of the investigation and of any report or recommendation to be
made under this Act; or
(b) for
the purposes of any proceedings under the Royal Commissions Act 1917 or
under this Act.
(2) A person shall not
disclose any information referred to in subsection (1) contrary to the
provisions of that subsection.
Penalty: $2 000.
