South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Protection for proceedings in Cabinet
(1) No person shall be
required or authorised by virtue of this Act—
(a) to
furnish any information or answer any questions relating to the proceedings of
the Cabinet or of any committee of the Cabinet; or
(b) to
produce or inspect so much of any document as relates to any such proceedings.
(2) For the purposes
of this section a certificate issued under the hand of the Minister certifying
that any information or question or any document or part of a document relates
to the proceedings referred to in subsection (1) is conclusive evidence
of the fact so certified.
