South Australian Consolidated Acts33—Commencement of proceedings
(1) Proceedings under
this Division may be commenced at any time within four years after the date of
the alleged contravention of, or failure to comply with, a provision of this
Act or, with the authorisation of the Minister, at any later time within six
years after that date.
(2) An apparently
genuine document purporting to be under the hand of the Minister and to
authorise the commencement of proceedings under this Division must be accepted
in legal proceedings, in the absence of proof to the contrary, as proof of the
authorisation.
