NATIVE VEGETATION ACT 1991 - SECT 23D

23D—Application of Division

This Division applies to native vegetation if—

            (a)         the Council has declared that this Division applies to the vegetation under section 23E; or

            (b)         the vegetation is established pursuant to a proposal approved by the Council under section 23F.
