NATIVE VEGETATION ACT 1991 - SECT 22

22—Accounts and audit

        (1)         The Council must keep proper accounts of receipts and payments in relation to the Fund.

        (2)         The Auditor-General may at any time, and must at least once in each year, audit the accounts of the Fund.
