South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There must be a
secretary to the Council and such other staff to assist the Council as the
Governor thinks fit.
(2) The secretary and
other members of staff will be appointed, and hold office, subject to, and in
accordance with, the Public Sector Management Act 1995 and may hold
office in conjunction with any other office in the Public Service of the
State.
(3) The Council may,
with the approval of the Minister administering a department, make use of the
services of officers of that department.
