NATIVE TITLE (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) ACT 1994 - SECT 32C

32C—Application of Division 3

        (1)         This Division does not apply to a previous exclusive possession act. 1

        (2)         This Division does not apply to a previous non-exclusive possession act unless the act is a category A past act consisting of the grant of a pastoral lease or an agricultural lease. 2
