(1) If a claim to
native title is registered under the law of the Commonwealth or the State, a
notice or other document is validly served on the claimants to that
native title if the notice or other document is given personally or by post
to—
(a)
their registered representative; and
(b) the
relevant representative Aboriginal body for the land.
