South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Court may, at
any time, order that a person who appears to have a proper interest in
proceedings involving a native title question be joined as a party to the
proceedings.
(2) An order may be
made under this section even though the person to be joined as a party was
given notice of the proceedings and failed to apply to be joined as a party
within the period allowed in the notice.
