South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An NRM group must,
on or before 31 October in every year, provide to the regional NRM board or
boards that have responsibility for the NRM group a report on its activities
for the financial year ending on the preceding 30 June (and need not provide a
report under section 6A of the Public Sector Management Act 1995 ).
(2) The report must
include any information required by or under the regulations.
