South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister or
the NRM Council may, by written notice to a regional NRM board, require the
board to provide to the Minister or the NRM Council, within a period stated in
the notice or at stated intervals, any report or reports relating to the
performance, exercise or discharge of its functions, powers or
responsibilities, as the Minister or the NRM Council (as the case may be)
thinks fit.
(2) If a requirement
is imposed under subsection (1), the regional NRM board must cause a
statement of the fact of the imposition of the requirement to be published in
its next annual report.
