NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 16

16—Validity of acts

An act or proceeding of the NRM Council is not invalid by reason only of a vacancy in its membership, a defect in the appointment of a member or a situation where all of the requirements of section 13(5) are not satisfied.
